Only Dining Chairs is a family owned, online retailer specializing in high-quality dining room furniture that are guaranteed to enhance every meal and celebration with your friends and family. Back in 2020, we started with a single focus of dining chairs only ( as the name suggests), but as we started to get some traction - our customers asked about matching bar stools to go with their chairs and we had to turn them away.

We felt we were doing our customers a "dis service" by not having complimentary products for their dining room so we made the move to be more than just "Only Dining Chairs" and offer more dining room products whilst still keeping our established brand name.

We want you to buy with confidence - we stand by our dining chairs & bar stools so if you receive your products in unsatisfactory condition, missing parts, product is of poor quality or damaged – depending on circumstances, we will:

• send you replacement parts

As a customer ourselves- we had been let down in the past where our dining chairs were falling apart after 12 months and no one wanted to know about it and so we were forced to keep buying different chairs over time.

We wanted to flip this on its head and make it so your dining chairs were an “investment” rather than a liability over time.

We feel that we would be doing a “dis service” to the Australian public if we didn’t stand by our products and give you a lifetime warranty when most furniture retailers will only give you 1 to 2 years.

Natural Wear & Tear Coverage

Yep we are.

We are the only company willing to cover you for natural wear and tear over time.

Chairs & stools are covered for structural as well as natural wear and tear of upholstery ( PU Leathers, Fabric and Velvet) from daily use BUT 

• clear miss treatment such as not cleaning up spills
• lack of care to regularly clean your chairs and
• self-inflicted damage will not be honoured

Photos to be emailed to us for judgement on a case by case basis to stop our good hearted deal being taken advantage of.
