We are unable to ship outside of Western Australia due to sales territory agreement with Globewest so any purchases to be shipped outside of Western Australia will be cancelled and refunded.

Globewest products will be delivered by 1-man to residential / commercial property with no stairs.

If you have stairs than there will be extra fees charged for a 2 man team to deliver your furniture – please reach out to support@onlydiningchairs.com.au if this is the case.

The delivery will be done via a professional furniture transporter who will organise a time with you to make sure someone is home to receive unless permission to leave safe.

1. Do We Have A Showroom?

No, as a predominantly online store we do not have our showroom.

However, SOME of our furniture can be viewed in our supplier’s showroom and this will be noted on that particular furniture’s product page with “Showroom” tab. If you are unsure, please reach out to support@onlydiningchairs.com.au

That’s a very valid question to ask. We feel that our “after sale” customer service sets us apart from the rest.

With our 5 year warranty and regular wear and tear coverage on all chairs & bar stools in a residential setting means that we are happy to help you long after our competitor’s 1 to 2-year warranty has expired.

3. How Long Will My Delivery Take?

  • All orders take one to two business days to be prepared for despatch then depending on the furniture you are purchasing, will determine your delivery times.
  • For exact times- see that specific product page and there is a “Shipping” section and this will guide you.
  • For a quick answer- as a general rule as follows:
  • For VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days
  • For NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days
  • For QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days.
  • We’ll let you know the tentative delivery date when you place your order in the order confirmation email.

4. Can I Specify A Delivery Date?

We can’t guarantee a delivery date, however we will try our best to arrange a delivery around your schedule. Once you have placed your order, you can get in touch with us via support@onlydiningchairs.com.au to let us know your delivery preference and we will see what we can do.

Yes we provide our 5 year warranty on all furniture in a residential setting as well as regular wear and tear coverage on our chairs and bar stools

9. How Are The Dining Chairs Delivered?

For smaller, flat packed chairs – Australia Post.

For partly assembled and fully assembled chairs – Team GE or Star Track generally.

Other couriers may help us out from time to time in certain areas of Australia such as Direct Freight Express, Allied Express or Direct Couriers

10. Do I Need To Assemble This Chair?

For Partly Assembled Chairs- Yes, these chairs come partly assembled and are usually a matter of screwing the legs into the base of the seat – a quick 5 minute or less job!

11. What If My Chairs Arrive Damaged?

Don’t worry. We will lodge an inquiry with the transport company who was in charge of looking after it and they will conduct a thorough search and provide a response generally within 4 business days.

12. What If I Change My Mind?

No worries. You have 30 days since the day you received the chairs to let us know – Any chairs or stools not eligible for a change of mind return from our supplier ( such as Globewest ) ,  will be mentioned at the bottom of the product page.
